Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft First time shoplifter - got banned

I shoplifted from a store for the first time, got caught when I left. I didn't intend to shoplift, I put said items in my grocery bag and then when my sister was paying, I walked out with her without paying for the stuff in my grocery bag. I don't know why I did something so dumb.Both of us got stopped, they took my bag and took me up to security. I got a severe warning, did not get charged but had the police called down who also gave me a warning. They issued a ban for my sister and I...we are not to enter said store or any of its other retail names/locations for a year.

My question here is what do they do about people who are banned? Do they circulate pictures, or put them up? And how will they know me if I walk into the store? It is just a big all-purpose store called Superstore.. in BC, Canada. How can I get a ban lifted...and my picture/name or file removed from security completely? I am worried about someone else finding out.. my family would kill me, literally.. if they found out.

Whether they circulate a picture is up to each store fact is if your caught inside one of these stores you can be charged with resspassing and/or with original theft they only gave you warning on

It's true I got lucky...I was issued a warning and a ban because the officer said I wasn't the trash he was used to dealing with, he couldn't figure out why someone like me would do it..and I said I can't figure it out either. It was just incredibly dumb.

Is there a way to remove the ban? What if I do go back to the store say in a month or two..how would they know me? I don't ever plan on shoplifting anyway.. so how would they know?

There are countless ways they could know its you. Its not worth the risk. However if you really must shop in that store then contact the Store manager or it corporate office and request ban be lifted. They have no obligation to do so though
