I currently have had 3 suspensions because I failed to pay tickets ontime. Found out 4/1/09 driving privilegdes were revoked for 5 years.
This is what the state says....
If you only had two convictions for driving while driver license canceled, suspended or revoked, the five-year revocation for habitual traffic offender can be removed. Therefore, you have the option to contact the Seminole County Court, to see about the possibility of having one of these tickets amended to adjudication withheld. If the court will amend any of the above tickets, to show adjudication was withheld and you provide our department with court certified documentation, we will advise you further about the procedures for reinstatement. If you are unable to have one of these tickets amended, you must wait one year from the effective date of the revocation before you are eligible to apply for a hardship license.
How do I get adjudication withheld?
