My brother were caught in a traffic violation, police try to stop him but he decided to run instead.
He should have just stop and pay the ticket, no problem. But I have no idea why he choose to run from the COP (running through red lights and between the cars...)
He is 18 and this is his first violation/crime of any kind.
What can he do? Can he try to Expunge the case? is there a way to prevent him from going to a jail?
