hello all,

I was involved in an rear end collision, not my fault. I read that under Florida's no fault law. In exchange for guaranteed payment of claims, Florida drivers give up their right to sue for all but the most serious personal injuries (death, paralysis, etc.) sustained in a car accident.
Does this mean that the insurance company will not pay me anything for pain and suffering or does this just mean that I can't take them to court for it.

It means, BOTH!

No fault means no one is at fault in your case.

There are exceptions, as you described.

Fortunately for you, you weren't injured severelhy enough to warrant such an action.

Thank God for your miracle.
