I could possibly inherit a mobile home in florida from someone who is basically dying. He has a mortgage of 50K on the house and is leaving enough to pay it off.
He wants to leave it to me but have his son be executor of his estate…
Not really sure how that works…he has a crap load of assorted other debts too that I don't want to be responsible for…not sure if they can attach to the property.
Not sure if I should be deeded onto the property or just get it out of his name completely…
What would be the best way to do this?
