My dilemma
My sister and I inherited the house my parents owned when they died. She has a house of her own and that's her residence. I live in the inherited house with my son. The house is for sale. My sister is demanding upon moving in this coming January. This is only a 2 bedroom home. Does she have the right to move in ? She owns 1/2 of the property and I own the other.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
