But, they want me to sign an "contract" stating my conditions and they want me to report every three weeks. They also want me to repay to them all the insurance they have paid in my abscence if I don't return by January 25th to my desk. There is no protection for me in this document if I need more time and they told me all I had to do was ask. They have allowed at least three employees that I am aware of to take 6 months.
