Following too close question

My daughter re-ended a car and got a ticket for following too close. The accident was her fault. My question is can she get a ACD and if she can how do we go about it? The ticket is in Penfield NY. Thank you, Jeff Koch

Hmm... I thought ACD was for criminal charges...

You might be able to have her take traffic school to keep her driving record clear. However, if your insurance is going to pay for the damage then they will know about it anyway and you'd still get a rate hike. It's probably still better than having a point on the license.
