So I had a couple of guys come to my house to clean a room for free, which I thought "What is the catch?" Turns out it was a couple of those cursed Kirby salesmen. Long story short, I have a Kirby that is sitting in my basement that I don't use, we don't need and more importantly we can't afford as we just had a second child and money was tight enough before. Here's the interesting part, about 2 weeks later a guy with a competitor company came and tried to sell us a similar product. I told him we were not buying his product because of the vacuum we just "purchased". He said he could find a way out of my Kirby contract so I could buy his. I said give it a try and let me know. I showed him my contract with Kirby and after close study he saw that the final/total sale price for the Kirby wasn't written on the contract. He claimed that this could void the contract. Is this true? If so do I need to call Kirby and tell them to come get their vacuum because of "incomplete" contract? Someone please help!?

That likely won't be sufficient. Your Kirby contract had a brief period where you could have returned it but you are apparently well beyond now.
