That could easily be considered assault/battery.
Is someone refusing to eat? Are you concerned for their well-being?
Contact social services or mental health.

Is the "someone" that is being force fed, a goose or a duck?
As far as I know, the practice of force feeding geese and ducks has only been banned in California.
Otherwise, our friends in France create a very tasty delicacy by force feeding these feathery, waterfowl. They call it foie gras.
