I am in retail and my manager has been suspended pending an investigation. It has since been revealed that she forged my signature saying I accepted money and pocketed it herself, which is fraud isnt it? She had her disciplinary hearing today and they are sending her back into work tomorrow morning with me. Noone has contacted me to let me know this or ask if I want a transfer. Does the compnay I work for not have a duty of care to me and therefore shouldnt be putting me in the position where I have to work with this woman again when she forged my signature?
