I have been told that i may have recently suffered a mini stroke, i have been forgetting all sorts of things, one of them being that i had an outstanding parking fine that i was disputing, as i felt it had been given it un necessarily. All i am requesting is that they allow me to appeal, which is what i missed. Now they are sending the bailiffs around and wont allow me to appeal at all.
Where do i stand legally if i had forgotten due to a medical condition to respond to letters they have sent me?
