I established paternity thru the state for my son's father in July. I am now given an IRS form 8332. My son has lived with me all year. I have seen no child support. He owes me back to May of 2008. What exactly does this form mean? Why would I let him claim my son? There was no conversation about it, he just sent it email expecting me to sign and send back in a timely manner. Does he think he can screw me again? Any advice on this form would be greatly appreciated.
