We had a real estate agent that fell backwards when she was frightened by a dog upon opening up the back door of a house we were looking at. The dog took her off guard but it did not attack her. Her sandal got caught and she fell only on her bottom and got up fairly quick. She is now trying to sue and get money from the home owners insurance, she claims that from this fall she has a slight concussion, bruised kidney and cracked rib. We think she's faking and she's calling it a "dog attack" which it was not. She wants us to testify in her favor. Can she in any way hold us liable for her so called injuries. We never signed a contract with her and actually decided not to go with her because she was a terrible agent. No money was paid to her. Thanks!!!
