Former tenant demand mailing of personal property

My tenant moved out last week leaving behind some miscellaneous property that she is now asking me to mail her via UPS using her UPS number. Do I have an obligation to spend what will likely be two hours boxing up and addressing the property and then take it to UPS for mailing?

What; now your former tenant has mistaken you for mom and is requesting a camp Care package?

If you do not wish to play this role, tell her that you will keep her items up to a certain date and that she can pick these up before this time period lapses.

And legally, no; you do not have do this for her.
