I agree, lack of evidence doesn't imply no evidence.

However, the leadership is toxic.

I know they've CONSPIRED to protect higher ups and have concealed evidence.

Some senior NCOs have agreed to be chaptered out to retain their pensions.

I was amazed after learning how deviant and perverse the sexual abuse problem was allowed to fester.

I'm awaiting further revelations.
