I went to get some money out of my friends wallet (who is under the age of 21). I say that she had a fake I.D. of a 23 year old from arkansas. i wanted to know what the punishment are if she gets caught.

depends where she uses it and what for. It can be violation, it can be a misdemeanor and in some instances and states it can even be treated as a felony which leads to jail time.
