I lost a trial by Jury in 2007.
Three months ago the 6th Circuit ruled on my direct appeal.
It affirmed the conviction but vacated a 6 point enhancement and remanded the case for resentencing.
The Court has not appointed me an attorney as of yet.
I wish to know whether or not I will be resentenced De Novo.

You need to take that up with the court your case was remanded to.
