Fraudenlent transfer of property?

I did a Quit claim on my property while I was still paying my creditors. If I go to court can I work with the courts and try to get my payments lowered? I want can't afford an attorney and have no husband. The only person to help me with the mobile home is the son I am trying to leave it to .I want to pay my bills. I just can't at the rate they are asking. I do need advice other than get a lawyer, please. I said I did offer to pay at $40.00/month would I be better to go and let them place a judgement and slow pay? Please also read my previous post. I didn't include that I have worked out some of my payments and have not stopped paying all together. Just the largest one who refused to work with me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lotta, I'm sorry you didn't like my answer but that is sort of what you are up against. You can't both owe money to people and pass assets on to someone else instead of paying them off. That's why the laws are written the way they are written. I hope things turn out well for you.
