My jurisdiction is: Pennsylvania/Colorado

I need to prove that my half sister either criminally prevented me from seeing my father, took advantage of my father while he was infirmed, or the will is false. This will is not notarized, signatures are not dated and there is only one witness whose signature is illegible. While the will is dated 2002, I believe it was created later and either slipped in a pile of papers for my father to sign, traced or forged. I suspect that the witness signed not in my father's presence or he was somehow asleep or not there consciously.

My half sister's employee, who was my father's housekeeper, recently received a $12K gift from my sister. The housekeeper allegedly contends that my father told her to shred everything when he died. The paperwork allegedly contained a 1975 will prepared by a lawyer but not registered. The preparer died and his son mailed the complete original file to my father.

I never got to meet my father, whom I presumed dead, and my half sister attempted to have me falsely arrested to keep me away from him. She has half brother who sought legal action because he was suspiciously cut out of the will; he engaged a team consisting of a criminal lawyer and two estate lawyers; they appeared to have settled.

I live in a state far from Pennsylvania where the will is probated and could use recommendations on how to proceed, including criminal and estate lawyers in the Philadelphia area. Please feel free to call me at 720 382 6323 if you have some ideas.
