i live in douglas county nevada and tonight i recieved my first minor consumption. im 18 years old and blew a .023... i was told it was equal to about a beer, which was all i did drink. the officer said that i wont get my liscense taken away i just have to go to court. i live with my parents but i didn't feel the need to tell them what happened. my friend who recieved a minor consumption when she was 17 said that a letter was sent home about the MC. i was curious if that was because she was a minor or if they send letters home for all MC's. And if there are any other punishments that i could recieve for this.
