The name on the truck owns the truck.

If you want to go repossess the truck, its yours.
Just advise the local sheriff or police that you're going to repo YOUR truck.
Take the title to prove you OWN the truck.
Any oral agreement is often meaningless, unless BOTH parties remember the same thing.
That's why all agreements should be reduced to writing.

Go to a tow/repo company. They will find your vehicle and get it back to you....You just have to pay them .
