I bought some merchandise for a friend totaling over $1300 2 years ago. So far she only payed 50 back to me. Is it legal To take my products back even after she paid the 50 dollars since it has been 2 years already? I notice where she's been buying gobs of other products when she could be paying me for what I bought for her.

No, it's illegal for you to "take her items" she bought allegedly using your money. If you do that, she'll howl, squeal, and call the police. You'll probably be arrested for stealing.

You have no options, other than to waste your time and more money suing the lying deadbeat in small claims court.

The SOL in TN for oral loan contracts is six years. It's her word against yours. Without a signed promissory note or a witness to the loan, you'll have a very difficult go of it. Looks as if she's thoroughly beaten you. Don't loan people money. They rarely repay you.
