friendship terminated over a car I own

My fruend paid cash for an as is car with no license or insurance and hadnt paid for the tags title taxes or registration, so she puts the car in her friends name who has no money either. They both calk me and I tell them everything will be in my name, insurance and all....I pay for the tags title etc, and now they upset because she's not on the title or insurance, because she doesn't have license. I told her id teach her to drive the car, and once she got her license id give her the car back, and by that time I will have made the money I spent on this car back, to buy my own car after returning hers. So now everything in my name and she decides nobody's driving the car until she gets her 2800.00 back since she can't drive it by herself. What do I do?

The EASIEST thing to do is sign the car over to her (by taking yourself off the title at DMV), cancel your insurance, and give her the car back.

They don't trust you.

Plus, they'll drive the car without licenses, and you'll be stuck with a huge lawsuit or bill.

I talked to the dealer, he agreed to refund her money but I have to take the car and the title back to the dealership, in order for them to do it. They won't give me the car back to do what the dealer asked in order for her to get her 2800.00 plus she's already stated she's not giving me my money back for the tags or any other work I had done to the car, making it safe for it to be used. I never backed out on teaching her to drive, she just wants everything on her terms although she knew signing it over to me meant I owned it. it's easier for her to Learn to drive the car she bought, or get the refund and give me back my 491.00 the police department said report it stolen so I can get the keys and take It back to the dealer. The title and everything is in my name. They not gone drive it because it won't start without a boost, and they don't know how to do it, the car is just parked at their apartment.

But GOD SAID TAKE My HANDS OFF IT, SO I'M DOING WHAT HE SAID. AND I'LL Take THE LOSS WITH THE EXPECTATION OF GAINING SOMETHING BETTER. I have to be the bigger person and do what's morally right.
