Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Frustrated parent

My son (age 20) was at a party where alcohol was being consumed. Police came and took everyones information. 8 weeks later, my son got a citation and fine for underage drinking. He states he was not drinking & the police never tested anyone for alcohol. The citation has 3 incorrect facts on it... sex is listed as female, listed as minor and checked that parents were notified. (which we were not). My son has pleaded not guilty and court date has been set. What are the chances of getting out of this dilemma???
