please help. Recently we were sued by a realty company, and they won. They agreed to payment arangements of 150.00 a month , beginning on10/31/07. However, in the meantime before the due date they innitiated a wage garnishment on my husbads paycheck. We had called & they agreed to stop the proceedings, but when my husband received his check they had taken out 25 percent. Is this legal and if not what can we do?
