when I was 13 I was given a citation for shoplifting and since my mother didn't take me to court (she was a drug addict at time) I also got a Failure to appear. I am now 26 yrs old and got a letter last year that stated I couldn't renew driver license. I was in and out of trouble with the police since then until I turned 23, so I didn't remember this. I remember the act just not ticket. anyway.. I was on juvi prob. for a year for somthing else and even on adult probation for a couple of years and this was never "caught" so to speak.
Am I still responsible even though I was a juvenile and it was so long ago?
