During my temproary relief hearing 2/2006, my ex was ordered to pay the mortgage, taxes and insurance on our home each month. At our final hearing 7/2007, he was ordered to payoff the mortgage on our home that I was awarded. After paying off the mortgage, he's now saying he won't give me the taxes and insurance money held in the mortgage's escrow account. Shouldn't I get that money to pay the taxes and insurance when they come due since he was ordered to pay them during the temporary hearing? He said his attorney said that money is not mine. Who is correct?
