Funny money, should i help secret service

Any help appreciated.

Guy i now came by my house i sold him a old laptop. he gave me 2 fake 100's. didn't sell him the computer i could tell bills were fake. my friend was over at the time hes only 17. i gave him the bills. i didnt want them, i told him to be very carefull. dont pass in any store. he was going to buy weed with it i thought. but he passed it at subway. got caught and said i sold it to him. but i did take 40 bux from him 3days later after he paSSED IT. now secret service comes to my work, takes me to the local station. and interogate me. but say im little fish. they dont want me they want the printer. i can prob. get the printer, they want me to help. should i, can i trust them, do they have a c ase on me, is there a form or something i can have them fill out. and what will happen to me if i get charged with dealing counterfiet.. please any help or suggestions
 
If you agree to work with them, it should be in writing.

The deal wouldn't be with the SS, but the US Attorney.

Hire an attorney before you do anything.

It may be too late.

But, an attorney is the only way out now.

You should have said nothing.

Talking always makes thing worse.

In the future, just give your name, address, age, and say I want to remain silent and I want a lawyer!!!

They might not have had anything on you, until you spoke with them.

I don't know what you said, but I tell all my clients; never, never, never speak to the police.

They serve one function, putting someone in jail.

No good ever comes to a criminal target that speaks to the police.

They usually become criminal defendants, especially in the federal injustice system.

No one can promise you that you won't be arrested or charged.

What I can tell you, is that as dumb as it may be to talk to a cop; it's INSANE to ever speak to a federal agent.

Need I remind you of foolish Martha Stewart or Bill Clinton?

If they don't get you for one charge, they'll get you for lying to them.

The Feds are ruthless.

They possess a taste for blood, human blood, not unlike that of the infamous Count Dracula!

Have nothing else to do with them, until you hire a lawyer.

A lawyer that is familiar with the federal court system.

When you rebuff them, be prepared for them to charge you.

But, they're eventually going to charge you, anyway.

With what?

Most likely, some sort of criminal conspiracy.

They charge excessively, giving themselves a way to plead you out!!!

By the way camshaft, review your post. If you talked with the SS the way you did in that post, you've already implicated yourself.

You took the bills from dude1, yet sold them for $40 to dude2 to buy marijuana.

The 17 year old is a minor.

They've got all three of you (they only need two) for a criminal conspiracy.

Then you and dude2 go down on a felony dope conspiracy.

The fed vampires are gonna want to get to Mr Big in the dope empire.

They'll, no doubt get their DEA fiends involved.

There looks to be corrupting the morals of a minor charge somewhere.

When the search warrant is served (there will be search warrants, Feds love search warrants), I suspect lots of stolen goods will be found at your hideout home.

Will they find guns, ammo, dope, terrorist material, too?

Don't worry, they've been known to bring their own and plant it!!

Someone has to go down, someone always goes down for the Feds.

You don't seem to understand the gravity of the situation you are in. You like to play with the law. You get two bills YOU KNOW ARE FAKE and what do you do? You give them to a MINOR so that he can pass them. Better, you want him to pass them to a DRUG DEALER!!!!!! Are you out of your &%$(*&% mind??? To start with, if YOU KNOW they are fake do you think the DRUG DEALER is going to miss it? You set the boy up to have a bullet put in his head.

Thank God he was only stupid enough to pass them somewhere safe. So now you have a whole line of stupid crimes that you can be charged with and none less than the SECRET SERVICE (a group of dudes you do NOT want upset with you) holding you by the scruff of your neck. And you want to know if you should COOPERATE?

I would normally totally agree with Army, but I'm not sure you have the means or the since to go get an attorney. They don't want you, or you would be under the jail already. If you don't cooperate, you can forget your freedom because under the jail is where they are going to put you.

COOPERATE!!!! Tell them everything you know about the origin of those bills and go sin no more. You are obviously very bad at it. Crime is not your bag, that's not such a bad thing, but let me tell you, the SS is dead serious. They can tie your rear end up so tight that the only view of the sun you will ever get will have expanded wire mesh across it.

Go get an attorney if you can afford one and don't pass gas unless he tells you to. If you can't afford one then go cooperate with everything you have and hope they really don't want you.

And don't give me any bullsh*t about how you didn't ask for my opinion. You get free legal advice with my opinion. Jesus Christ what were you thinking?
