Hi guys
I hope you can all help me on this. This is my first time getting a ticket in my life.
I threw a party for my friends and I and I bought a keg. The keg had bear left over and we all left to another house. My brother brought his friends over and drank the some of the beer in the keg. It turn out that a lot of people came over and our neighboors complained. The police came and kicked everyone out. The police made my brother call me because the keg was register under my name. I was not present with my brother and his friend were drinking. My brother is 19 im 24. The police tauth i bought the keg for my brother which I did not I try to tell him and he was just giving me attitude. The police also told me that before I got there there were 16 years old in the house drinking. However, my brother does not hang out with 16 year old kids and he denied anyone under 18 been at the home. My point is that my brother and I got a ticket for furnish alcohol to a minor and contribute to deliquency of a minor. I believe it was unfair. Can you guys help me and let me know what I can do.?? I need help and Im very stressed out. Also, if they charged me for the two accounts how long would they be in my record.??
thank guys for your help
p.s sorry for the spelling I have to logg off soon
