i have a sectional furniture i bought in feb 2014, i had to take a piece of it in to be fixed in april 2014, they kept it for over a month. same problem has occured, don't want to take it back to be fixed for over a month again, i need my furniture, i'd like to trade it in on a different brand but the manager of the store won't let me. what are my options

You can buy a better sofa elsewhere. Without a warranty, you're stuck. You could try convincing a small claims judge the store sold you junk. You might get lucky. Otherwise, you're stuck with junk.
