Do you have to wait until the end of a lease/purchase contract to end the contract even if you can't get financing? I have a lease/purchase contract and was denied the loan so we amended it to be extended for one year. However, in the amendment it states "buyer can purchase property before one year term is up. It is now 4 months into the extension and I've been denied again and was told my income would never be sufficient to qualify. On the contract, the number of days I'm required to apply for the loan is left blank and the number of days I have a right to terminate is blank too. Am I stuck until the end of this lease even if I don't qualify?

Since no one here has read your contract, we cannot answer your questions.
