my daughter and her husband are about to seperate but at mo live in same house, she has no income of her own, as she has young children, to look after, but her husabnd is demanding that she pay him £10 for each child per wk, towards their food etc., he is also saying that half the bills are to be paid for by her, even though she has no money, we have told her that if the bills are not in her name and she has signed no legal agreements, then she is not liable for any bills, are we correct, she aso needs to know if she we will be able to get solicitors advice via legal aid?
