Garnishment

My paycheck is being garnished $232.00 every two weeks and now I can't even pay my normal bills. Is a compny a loud to do this without considering my day to day bills?

They are allowed to collect a % percentage of your pay. You obviously got a judgement against you, and so since most people do not willingly pay judgements they do a wage garnishment. I do not know what state you are in, but start googling. The amount they are allowed to take is probably around 25% of your new gross pay.
