i filed a complaint with hman resources regarding my manager, and how i strongly beleive he is sexist, about a month ago. they made a investigation that took about one month with all my co-workers and this past wednesday april 30 they let me know investigation was over and that actions were going to be taken but were not going to let me know anything. i asked if they had filed against me or not, the person told me it was filesd on my side. but i will not be informed of anything that happens if something were to happen. so i feel like if nothing is beeing done, i feel ignored and put aside and i want something done regarding my manager.. what should i do??

All the employer is required to do is make the offending behavior stop. They are not required to fire him; they are not required to make public what they choose to do; they are not required to tell you what action they took. They are required to make the offending behavior stop. If they have done so, they have fulfilled their responsibility.
