Get ticket thrown out?

the other day I was pulled over at an intersection and given a ticket for suspended license. the reason I was pulled over was there was a sign that said no right turn for which I had turned right. upon looking over the entire intersection I did not see any such sign. so in fact if this was a pullover under false pretenses is that ticket still valid in court where can I argue this case and possibly get thrown out?

Nope. You can give that argument against a citation for the illegal turn, but you are on the hook for driving while suspended.
