Getting deposit back

I rented a place for 3 years. We had our moveout inspection on the 5th of June.My husband was present for the moveout inspection. The real estate landlord said everything was good - she said it was one of the cleanest house's she has seen. She didn't suggest that we needed to fix anything. We have been waiting for our deposit and we recieved it yesterday June 28th. Out of the $750 deposit we got $22.60. Here is what we were charged for
Cleaning service - 249.36 (done on 6/18)
Landscaping - 100.00 (reported on 6/11 but didn't see the date it was done on)
Electric - 43.59 (I paid the final bill - it was sent to my new house)
Shower head - 65.00 (When we moved in we replaced two showerheads with new expensive showerheads, when we moved we took one of them with us and put back on the old showerhead but left one of the new ones)
Carpet cleaning - 125.00 (6/26) - we had the carpets cleaned on 6/2
Water bill - 9.00 (paid final bill and we have a credit with the company)
Rent due - 129.00 (when i called on the phone I was told that we had until the 5th before it was due again, I can see that I may need to pay this part)
Late fee - 6.45

Please help me, do they have the right to charge me for these items?

This is the most common small claims cases in the universe.

Landlord says, "The place was so filthy I wouldn't put a hog in there."

Tenant says, "The place was cleaner than an operating room."

we didn't take pic's of the place when we moved out, do they have to take pic's to prove it wasn't clean.

Both parties can present whatever evidence they have to prove their case. Not taking pictures or having a walkthrough was not wise
