Getting Family in Saudi Arabia

Hi,

I am From pakistan, in march i joined the Firm in Jeddah, KSA as a Computer Programmer, my profession as well Computer Programmer.

Now I am getting in process for spouse visa, for that i need to pay 2000 SR, which is quite big money, i asked this money from my employer and he said you have to pay this money according the Saudi Labor Law. I didn't find any good resource to confirm this either my employer will pay this fees or me.

So anybody who have rigorous information about it please share it to me or give me any authentic resource on net.

I have a little bit of experience with visas, though it's a while back, and I don't recall that an employer is responsible for the cost of spousal visas.

This is not a DIY project and I strongly recommend that you at least consult with an attorney skilled in immigration issues.
