The mother of my son has left and taken my child out of the state of North Carolina without my consent.What can I do to get my son or what can I do to take care and resolve this issue due to the fact I have asked several time for my child to be returned to me and it was not going to happen.

Are there any court orders out of NC? How long ago did she move with the child?

There are no existing court order or custody agreement,also this happened in Dec last year.She took him to Texas and then to Kentucky.I have asked several time for my son and she refuses to bring him back.

File a motion for custody and the child to be returned to home state. Do it tomorrow before she can establish residency in her state.

Was paternity ever established? I agree you need to file NOW while your state has jurisdiction. You do have a chance of getting the child returned to you.
