I worked in a resturant for about three weeks total. I accumulated over forty hours of work including paid training. I quit about two weeks ago and I wanted to know if I can get paid. I filled out all the necessary paperwork except that I did not submit a copy of my ss# and identification. So what should I do? Can I still get paid? Thanks for your time

You need to submit your employment info including the documents. Absolutely they must pay you for work done.

Well, actually, there is no reason for an I-9 at this point. The poster has already quit. All the employer needs to pay you is your name, address and SSN. Even a W-4 is not required, as they could withhold at Single-0 without one.

Quinb, when was your last day worked?
When should you have received your first paycheck and for what pay period would that check have included?
