I was given a saddle as a gift. I have witness who agree the gift was given unconditionally. The giver is now wanting the gift back saying that she borrowed it to me. Does she have a legal right to revoke the gift?

Keep it if you don't want to give it back.
The person who gave it to you can try and sue for the value of the saddle if they want. You might ultimately have to pay for it, but would keep the saddle.
If it was a gift then it is yours to keep.

Gifts can't be revoked.
You don't have to return the gift.
