Girlfriend/"fiancee" blocking my parental rights

My son lives with his dad in TX, dad is active Army. His "girlfriend/fiancee" continually oversteps her place with regards to my son. We previously had a no contact order on this woman as she stalked my family during my marriage while attempting a romantic relationship with dad. My son went to therapy because of this womans harassment, now dad is openly "involved" with this woman. She thinks because their affair is now a "legitament" relationship that she has every right to force a personal relationship with my son. My state is WA, and lawyers have repeatedly sent cease and desist orders to her, but she will not stop forcing herself upon my son. Do we need to get a Texas attorney? I have a very good firm in WA, the problem is that the woman does not respect the no contact orders or cease and desist letters regarding her harassment on my son. What are my options in Texas?

What do your WA lawyers suggest?

Do you currently have a no contact order preventing contact with your son? Have you asked your lawyers about pursuing custody? It wouldn't hurt to get a phone consultation with an attorney in Texas.

Also, your title states that your parental rights are blocked. That is between you and your ex. If your rights really have been affected, then your ex is in contempt.
