I got pulled over and my person and car was searched and they found in my purse :
3 grams meth
1 $20 bag of weed
1 pipe (paraphernalia)

I was supposedly arrested or detained as they put it. I was told that I would not go to jail if I gave them 3 names by Monday morning at 8am. But if I don't they will submit the paperwork to the DA for filing. Is this legal?

Make a smart deal, ask for help to stop abusing that crap and destroying your life.
