Give away produt as a way to atract customers.

I want to (in some way) give away (raffle?) the product I am promoting in a way to atract new customers, grab their emails, phone, etc.

Is this legal? I want to do it tru. my website. I want to limit the time same person participate: I got their information.

The give away: How could finally give away the product legally? I mean: How I select the winner(s), legally.

Suggestions are welcome.
