I live in Colorado recently I allow a property manager go through the place I rent for the quarterly inspection while I was away at work. I come home to find out that she went through my personal belongings like my dresser draws and potable closet where I store my extra cloths in. I checked my leasing agreement and it has no mention of them being able to do such invasive search and in the past when she went through the inspection she would never dared to search my personal belongings while I was present. Is this kind of intrusion to my personal belongings legally allowed?

You have no way to prove anyone went through your possessions.
You weren't present at the time of the search.
Next time arrange to be present, or have someone you TRUST be present during the inspection.

As long as she didn't steal your used panties to sell on Ebay, there is not going to be any evidence of that which you speak. As noted by AJ, in the future be home or arrange for someone to be there who won't go through your stuff themselves.
