Going to Collage

My jurisdiction is: Indiana

I am from Indiana and my father is entitled to pay child support, however a wile back he went on disability and dose not pay it. However there where no papers signed saying he could stop. So my first question would be is he still obligated to pay the back paid child support. Also in the divorce agreement with my mother he sign a agreement that he would pay 1/2 of my collage education. Is he still legally obligated to pay for part of my schooling?

Until he goes back for a modification of the order, he is still obligated. However, this is an issue between your father and your mother, since the agreement was made between them.

Just out of curiosity, have you been accepted to college? You might want to pay closer attention to your vocabulary usage, grammar, and spelling if you plan to attend college.
