Walking down the street at about 11 pm. 68th and 2nd avenue. With a few friends, I had a 40 and my friend had a 40. we had it in plastic bags. So i was walking and suddenly someone asks me you got ID? I turn around and see three undercover cops. I say no (I thought they meant 21 or older ID like ID for the drinks) they say put your hands behind your back and they handcuff me. They start searching me and find ID and are like why did you lie to me. I said i thought they meant new york state ID (i only had my student ID) I was acting under pressure cuz i was so freaked out. I got into the back of the car and he was saying how i shouldnt have lied to him i said i didnt mean to but i really thought he meant new york state ID. My friend comes up to them and asks them where they are taking me, they say downtown to chinatown. Instead they take me to a near by precinct. I get inside and they make me stand in cuffs while they ask me a bunch of question like have i ever been arrested,etc. then he asks if i have weed on my balls cuz hes gonna search me. I say no and he smells all the stough i have on me. then i ask whats going to happen to me and he says i can either have 2 summons and appear in court and pay the fine or spend a night in jail. I chose the summons. The paper work took about 15 minutes but it seemed like forever. The handcuffs were ssooooooo tightttt, omg it was the most uncomfortable thing ever. SO basically I got 2 summons 1 for underage possesion of alcohol and another for open container. Man it was so unbeliviable I never thought this could happen to me. sooo crazy. My friend called my mom cuz he was freaking out. my mom told me that the place they were going to take me first was famous for guards not caring what happens to anyone in the cell and they fight people and rape people even if they are there for a little bit. they let me out and everythings alright it was just an absolutely crazy experience. moral of story: never ****ing drink in public and listen to your mother lol (my mom always told me this would happen, like everyone is drinking but your the one who gets caught, this type of **** happens to me all the time) at least it doesnt go on my record.
