Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Got caught, but got away.

I went into a store grabbed a box ($90 product) opened it removed the product from the box and then noticed that an employee was walking toward me. I then dropped the box and the merchandise, left the store and was confronted as I was getting in my car, but I was able to drive away. Can they come after me?
