Roomate got evicted but it wasnt my fault

Let me explain to you what is my concern. When I move to US with my family from Puerto Rico I was 18 and my mom and dad rent an apartment in Orlando fl. The thing is that everything was going well until my big brother starting having problems in the complex and they told my mom she needed to move. So I think she didn't pay the last month or rent because now my name is in the eviction record. What can I do to fix that problem?

As was previously stated, if your name was also on the lease, it is likely you were included in the notice of eviction due to failure to pay rent and this decision is now on your credit record.
