Im being acuse of grand larceny which i didnt do they got no edvidence against me only a statement which they wrote and i was force to sign and when i got taking in i was walking home i wasnt even near the scene

The best way to handle this is to decline any more statements as they could be interpreted out of context. If you cannot afford a lawyer, request one be appointed for you by the court.
